WIMPS to Stockholm

Ben Preston, the new WIMPS Co-ordinator is currently in Stockholm, Sweden, along with team members, Christopher Madden and Nathan Shivers, to attend 'Challenge Week'. WIMPS is a finalist in the education category of the 2008 Stockholm Challenge Awards - a world wide award for ICT projects that promote development. Being a finalist is an enormous recognition of WIMPS and our innovative approach to youth engagement. The week will allow the guys to meet finalists in all categories, to take part in workshops, and to visit exciting projects around the city.
